Has anyone ever used ';Tazorac'; cream for acne, and not quit using it due to side effects?

I hear your face could get red and dry, but that is a way to tell the medication is working.Has anyone ever used ';Tazorac'; cream for acne, and not quit using it due to side effects?
It takes about 4 months for you to see total results and for your skin to become completely accustomed to the medication. Patients typically see the most peeling and sensitivity during the first month. Tazorac is generally reserved for patients with the oiliest skin types because it is so drying. It can sometimes help to back off on the frequency of application -- to every other night until your skin becomes more accustomed to the medicine. It also helps to apply a moisturizer before you apply the Tazorac -- and be sure to not apply too much, a pea-sized amount is usually enough to cover the entire face. It is very effective for serious acne in patients with oily skin types, however. So, if this is you, then it worth pursuing. I am still using it -- although I can't use it every night (but I do have to use other medications because I also have rosacea).Has anyone ever used ';Tazorac'; cream for acne, and not quit using it due to side effects?
