Are you referring to glycolic acid? It dissolves the top layer of dead skin and helps lighten brown spots over time. I don't know if there is a simpler way. I have tried microdermabrasion with positive results.





Side effects, can make your skin red and sensitive. Very important to use a sunscreen everyday, otherswise they will return.





There are some OTC creams available that will work if used regularly. Aqua Glycolic Face Cream, Gyntone Day Cream and Kinerase Cream.
