I used Allegra 180 for 20 days and the infection vanished. So you can use allegra for about 10 days. But it would be better if you to a doctor.
if it is helping you and you think it is working then carry on and if you think the infection is still carrying on then look out for a better cream which is prescribed by a doctor.as i think using this cream regularly is not good as it has many side effects like black spots below the eyes and dryness of the skin and it makes the skin lose the permeability of the skin.
