Honestly these products do not work, will not make you firmer or larger. Dont waste the time or money on them! Instead try some chest exercises that will firm the pectoral muscles and may result in firmer breasts. if u read the label it should tell u if they do or don't but u still need to be careful with anything u r appling or taking ok
