I'd highly recommend staying away from juicing. You are definitely in the right mindset when it comes to this. As far as HGH cream, this is mainly used as an anti-aging remedy for older individuals that are attempting to decrease wrinkles.
I am assuming you are a younger male. In this case, I'd recommend HGH in pill form. HGH cream takes a longer amount of time to enter the blood stream whereas an HGH pill form enters the blood stream much quicker and would better suit your needs of building muscle mass than that of a cream.
An HGH pill is also much cheaper than HGH in injection form.
