Ok this is embarrassing.. I am a 38 old male, and have anal itching. I put hemroid cream on. Best remedy?

I itch it with toilet paper and it is relieving then I put hemroid cream on to relieve the itching.. IS this the best remedy? And what causes it?

Try a sitz bath in arm water. Tucks medicated pads are made for this purpose..preparation H or a similar product should help by keeping the area moist.. Consider seeing your doctor to have rubber-banding done. That usually takes care of the problem..Obviously you need to be sure to eat adequate fiber, increase your fluid intake %26amp; get regular exercise..Ok this is embarrassing.. My wife uses hair spray when she gets into poison ivy. Says it makes it quit itching.
